We offer preschool and instructional classes to boys and girls ages
three and above. If you are a parent wanting to develop your
three-year-old's motor skills, if your school-age child is
interested in a challenging sport, if your fifteen-year old wants to
improve
her tumbling skills for cheer leading, or your competitively
minded daughter is interested in serious gymnastics,
then we have a
class that's right for you.

Morning Play Group
On Tuesday and Thursday morning from 9:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. we
have a playgroup at the gym for pre-school aged children ages 3
and above. During their playgroup they will participate in a
gymnastics class, arts and crafts, organized play and free play
time. The cost for this program is $90/month or 2 days/week and
$50/month for 1 day/week. Come join the fun!!!
Preschool
Our preschool program is designed to be a fun
and safe experience
for young children. We
emphasize cooperation, sharing and
self-confidence.
We have two levels of preschool classes to insure
your young gymnast is trained at their current
individual ability
level. Parents are always welcome
to watch. We maintain a low 5:1
child/coach ratio
and classes last for a full hour.
Instructional
Our instructional program is intended to be a
positive and safe
experience for children of
various ages, abilities and motives as we
strive
to design our program to meet the unique needs
of each. For
the gymnasts who wish to compete someday,
these classes will provide
a strong
foundation of basic skills necessary at upper levels.
For
those children who want to participate in this
sport but not get
serious, these classes will provide
both physical and mental
challenges and opportunities.
We maintain a low 8:1 child/coach
ratio, classes
range from 1-2 hours/day. Finally, for those girls
who want to learn how to tumble, specialized
classes are available.
Competitive
Our competitive program offers flexibility and fun
for all gymnasts
with a positive attitude. We
offer quality instruction in a relaxed,
comfortable,
and safe environment. We believe champions
are found
within children, not made from them
and that no amount of natural
ability can replace
hard work and determination.
Exhibition Invitational's
We know it is hard to see the progress of each athlete
sometimes. In response, we will begin having Exhibition
Gymnastics Meets in our gym quarterly for each level of our
non-competitive program. Each participant will receive an
achievement award and we will recognize those athletes who are
working the hardest with the best attitude. We hope each of our
athletes will participate in our upcoming "meets".
